Call me Betty Crocker

After being gone for almost 3 weeks (& eating out most of that time), I was so excited to come home & cook in my own kitchen. I think I've cooked & baked more in the last few days than I have in the past month...Tyson doesn't seem to mind. Last night, I tried 2 new recipes that turned out great (& didn't take long to make)... Cooking Light's Grilled Halibut & Fresh Mango Salsa with sauteed garlic green beans & grilled, herb-seasoned red potatoes. Followed by the not-so-healthy, but oh-so-tasty Lemon Drops with Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting. I sprinkled sugar in the raw on top for a little sparkle.
